-     Masters in dietetics with dietetic registration from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

-     Involved with various NGOs such as the Malta Diabetes Association and Coeliac Association Malta.

-     Form part of the sub-committee of the Council for the Professions Complementary to Medicine related to the field of dietetics
